Definitions and Explanations

In this document, "Platform" refers to the n bazi website, mobile application and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on n bazi or is using the platform. "We" or "n bazi" refers to the organization that operates this platform.

"Bonus" refers to promotional credit added to a user's account subject to specific conditions. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn. "Net Loss" refers to the difference between total bets placed and total winnings over a given period.

n bazi offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making the account balance ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount — that is ৳10,000 — must be placed.

4.2 Weekly and Special Promotions

n bazi runs various weekly offers for regular members. All promotions have their own wagering conditions and validity period. The current promotions are:

• Weekly n bazi Reload: 25% bonus on any deposit, up to ৳5,000; 15x wagering; minimum deposit ৳300.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus funds are never direct cash. The specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. n bazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, though ongoing wagering will not be affected. If a user breaches the bonus conditions, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

n bazi runs a four-tier VIP program for active members. Each tier earns weekly cashback based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net loss.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net loss.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback on weekly net loss.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net loss.

VIP tier is determined by a player's regular activity and participation on the platform. n bazi makes periodic reviews to decide on upgrades or downgrades. Cashback is generally credited to the account at the end of each week.

Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n bazi platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using manipulation or bots to meet bonus conditions.
• Gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or game results.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account or requesting a withdrawal using false information.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are found to have been violated, n bazi may immediately suspend or permanently close the account in question. Game Rules and Bet Cancellation

7.1 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games shown on n bazi are determined by automated systems. Results cannot be changed after a game has been completed. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, n bazi will investigate and either restore the previous state or refund the stake.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

If an event is cancelled or does not take place, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. Odds set before a match begins may change; once a bet is placed, the odds at that moment apply. For multi-bets, if one selection is cancelled, the remaining selections stay active and the odds are recalculated.

7.3 Circumstances for Bet Cancellation

n bazi reserves the right to cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to an error by the data provider.
• If there is suspicion of match-fixing in a game or event.
• If an unusual bet is placed due to a system error.

If a bet is cancelled, the relevant stake will be returned to the user's account.

In no circumstances will the maximum compensation exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

Account Closure and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may close their account at any time through n bazi support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If the wagering conditions of an active bonus have not been met, that bonus amount cannot be withdrawn.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any complaint regarding a transaction or game result must be reported to n bazi support within 24 hours.
